Rooftop sunset views, free bike rentals, serene workspace environment
Unpleasant early check-in fees!!! Suggest allowing guests to store luggage without charge. Staff interactions could benefit from more patience!!! Feeling unwelcome is not a great start for any traveler!!!

It was just a proper fit for a short break in Los Angeles with exceptional value. The atmosphere is lively, and I enjoyed the communal kitchen area even though it was a bit noisy at times. For an affordable stay, make sure to book a room away from the kitchen if you're a light sleeper.

Solo traveler paradise
The location was outstanding, just a few steps from the ocean. Met some interesting global travelers, so the vibe was nice and friendly.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what you got, it was fine.

great stay but minor cleanliness issues
I appreciated that the property felt like a true home away from home with all essential comforts. The availability of filtered water and the quality of coffee options stood out during my stay.
However, I did notice some areas that could have used better cleaning.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved riding the free bikes around the area and checking out the nearby beach. David, our host, was super friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway!
I found it a bit annoying to have to pay for early check-in when normally you can just leave your bags, but I get that space is limited.
